Workshop Registrations

  • Workshop registrations are refundable up to 7 days before the event start date.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable, as materials and staffing have already been prepared.
  • No-shows are non-refundable.

Fired Ceramic Pieces

  • All fired ceramic pieces are non-refundable. Each piece is handmade, and results will naturally vary. Once a piece has been fired, we are unable to offer refunds based on personal preference or dissatisfaction with the final look.

Kiln & Firing Outcomes

  • Ceramic firing is unpredictable. If a piece is broken or damaged during firing due to kiln-related issues, a refund or studio credit may be issued at our discretion.
  • We are not responsible for shifting, sliding, warping, or misplaced charms or attachments that may move during the firing process. These outcomes are a normal part of ceramics and are non-refundable.

Pick-Up Policy

  • Finished pieces must be picked up within 3 weeks of notification.
  • Pieces not picked up within this time frame do not qualify for a refund or replacement, even if the item is no longer available due to limited storage space or studio policies.

By registering for a workshop or creating ceramic pieces in our studio, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
